Do you ship Internationally? 
Yes, However delivery times vary by location. 
The estimated delivery time is 7-16 Business Days. 
Tracking Information is included on all orders. 
Photos are taken of the item prior and after packaging. 

What Shipping Service do you use?
All Purchases are shipped by USPS. 
If you wish to change the shipping service you can make a request by email.  
The estimated Delivery Time for U.S orders is 3-5 Business days. 
Please allow more time during the Holiday season.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
No, When making an order please be sure to use your legal name and residential address when placing an order. If you use a P.O Box on as an address you will be refunded instantly. 

What Payment method do you accept? 
Paypal, Visa, Klarna, Affirm, Venmo, Apple Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Master Card, Discover, Meta Pay  

What Payment method do you not accept? 
Western Union 

Where do you ship from?
All shipments are sent by me personally [Krystal] from New York, United States and are dispatched within 1-3 Business days. Once the order has been processed you will receive an email with Tracking Information. 

Do you sell authentic Items?
Yes, everything featured on this web store is official unless it is specified as "Custom."

Return Policy 
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on any orders unless you have received a different item than described. If this occurs, then please contact me by email krystalkollectz@gmail.com   

What Language should i submit my request in?
You do not need to use a translator when talking to me. I was born and raised in the United States so you can email me in English. 

Do you offer Local Pick Up?
No, people have used this tactic in the past as an excuse to meet up. If you wish to purchase something from my Web Store you can do it here. However, if an item for sale costs more than $2,000 USD then a Local Meet up can be arranged and will be held in a conference room that features heavy security at a specific location in New York. 

Do you do Trades?
No, sorry 

Can you include a signed "Energy Card" in my order?
Yes, you can request this either by email or leave a note in the checkout box.

What countries do you not ship to? 
Italy,Ukraine, Russia, Brazil, Philippines, Mexico

Fraud Notice
Do not attempt to try a chargeback especially if there is nothing wrong with the item you have received. Any attempts at unwarranted chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from my web store and legal action will be taken against you.
