Funskool Pokemon Figures share the same packaging as the American Hasbro releases. The one way to tell the two figures apart is by looking at the top left corner for the FunSkool logo and Pokémon logo. The Funskool version also features the Pokémon logo in red whereas the Hasbro version is yellow.
